I was born and raised in Ellice Township on a 300 acre farm, together with my sisters, Jenny and Peggy, and my parents, Albert & Beatrice Kniesz.

 

My husband Paul and I live on the outskirts of St. Marys. Our daughter Nicole, graduated from Ryerson University in Toronto with a Bachelor of Journalism degree. She is now living in Berlin Germany and freelancing for several national magazines. Our son, Evan, graduated from the Electrical Techniques program at Fanshawe College in London and is currently working in construction.

 

I have been in Sales for 30+ years with major companies such as Hawaiian Tropic Suncare (Ontario Sales Manager), Playtex (Ontario Sales Manager) and Energizer (Business Development Manager). Through these positions I have mastered very strong marketing and negotiating skills.  

 

I joined RE/MAX a-b Realty Ltd. in March of 2014. My first year, I won “Rookie of the Year” for our 5 RE/MAX a-b Realty offices. In my second year, I was awarded “Executive Club” for sales exceeding $2 Million.  From 2016 to date  I achieved “100% Club” status, which recognizes sales in excess of $4 Million.  I am a full time Real Estate professional, available to my clients 7 days a week.

  

I have been very fortunate to have helped find dream homes for clients of all ages and ‘wish lists’.  My strength is understanding the needs of my clients, listening and taking the time to find the perfect home for their needs.  I do not sell houses, I find homes! 

 

For my clients on the selling side, I work hard to get you the highest possible price for your home.  Sometimes a few small changes can make a big difference to your bottom line. I will aggressively market your home in all the right places, and to the right buyers.
